This was an extremely quick read for me! The mystery it promises reeled me in and I began with the intention of reading a few pages but about two and a half hours later, turned the last page. It’s a short scene, but a nice one. Slowly the pieces come into place and they begin to adaptahion that their time spent in the hospital has changed them in ways they could never imagine; They are now at great risk.

This is going to be a hard review to write, because I don’t really have too much to say about Adaptation, other than I was very bored throughout.
